About me....

Hi Everyone, 

My name is Ruth i fell in love with pilates, trained to be an instructor and now here we are! 

The aims of my pilates sessions are to help you increase your confidence through working on your strength, ability and awareness of your body! 

My sessions are £4 per session face to face and the morning online sessions are free.

I run monthly online programmes which you can find further information if you continue to scroll down.  

I hope to see you in a class soon and help you fall in love with Pilates 🤍

In Person Classes

Both days at Mellow Pilates & Wellness Studio, 15 Clarence Street, Ashton, Wigan WN4 9UB

Ashton Leisure Centre (bookable through the gym)

5:30pm - 6:30pm (cost set by the gym £5.50 for non members)

Monthly Programmes 

Pilates Ball & Band Programme

Each week you will receive - 4 x 15 minute Pilates sessions using a resistance band and a pilates ball.

£10 for access to the programme. 

Pilates Resistance Band Programme 

Each week you will receive - 4 x 15 minute Pilates session using a resistance band.

Pilates Circle Programme 

Each week you will receive - 4 x 15 minute Pilates session using the Pilates Circle.

Pilates for Runners 

3 x 20 minute pre-record pilates sessions per week for the whole of February.

£10 for access to the programme. 

January Challenge 

6 x 15 minutes pre-recorded pilates sessions per week. Sent directly to your email. Complete in your own time. Suitable for all levels including complete beginner. 

£10 for access for the whole of January.
